Dr. TC Cossey is originally from Alabama where she obtained her medical degree at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She completed her residency in neurology at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, followed by a fellowship in vascular neurology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Cossey specializes in vascular neurology with special interest in Telemedicine/Teleneurology, acute stroke management, and stroke care disparities. She is a founding member of Current Neurology Solutions, and co-medical director of stroke for the Memorial Hermann Hospital system.
